Governor Orders Flags to Half-Staff on September 9th

HOPKINSVILLE, KY – Governor Steve Beshear has directed that flags at all state office buildings be lowered to half-staff on Thursday, September 9, 2010 in honor of a Fort Campbell soldier who died while supporting Operation Enduring Freedom.
